I am Robert Crawford, an adjunct instructor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill working with the Department of Health Policy and Administration for the School Public Health. My professional interests include such health care and public health topics as Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), healthcare marketing, public health policy, strategic management, executive coaching and performance psychology, and executive leadership. This weblog will include articles and commentary reflecting my thoughts on these and other subjects, which I’m offering here because I hope they will prove informative and prompt discussion and debate designed to advance my thinking on these important issues.
